3-Year Parts Warranty

KICHKING Kitchen Equipment extends a 3-year warranty to the initial purchasers of our products.

We guarantee our equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance as per our installation and operation instructions.
This warranty is effective for 3 years from the original delivery date. Our obligation under this warranty is strictly confined to repairing the defective product.

The cost for replacement will not surpass the original purchase price. KICHKING Kitchen Equipment reserves the right to refund for services provided during standard business hours, at our sole discretion. Services requested beyond standard operating hours are covered by this warranty at the standard rate. However, any overtime charges accrued will be borne by the equipment purchaser.

Please note that this warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation or lack of basic preventative maintenance.

5-Year Compressor Warranty

KICHKING Kitchen Equipment offers a 5-Year Warranty for its hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed compressors, specifically covering defects in the compressor parts.

This warranty is solely applicable to the hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed components of the compressor and does not cover other parts or components such as cabinet paint finish, temperature control, metering devices, driers, motor starting equipment, fan assembly, or any other electrical components.

Eligible Products

This limited warranty is applicable to the following product lines only:
DLW-BF-Series, DLW-BR-Series, DLW-RGD-Series, LC-Series, LC-NB-Series,SD,BD.

This warranty is valid only in the Contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska) and does not apply to any part that has been misused, neglected, altered, accidentally damaged, or damaged by transportation, floods, fires, acts of terrorism, or acts of God.

KICHKING apologizes that the repairers we cooperate with only cover some cities If your address is not covered, you may need to contact the local repairer and ask the repairer to send the bill to KICHKING.

All KICHKING Kitchen Equipment products are designed for commercial use only. Equipment carrying a service warranty must be installed at a commercial address for the warranty to be valid, as our technicians may not be licensed or insured to enter a home-based business or permanent residence.
