Freezer arrived quickly after order placed. This is a huge freezer so make sure you have plenty of room. Very clean lines and professional look to it. I bought it for home use and since it is a commercial freezer I am a little overwhelmed with all the setting codes and the mildly complicated way the settings are monitored or changed. It is not just a “turn it on and forget it” installation. Customer service has been very responsive to my questions. I asked for step by step directions in setting it up so they emailed me the owners manual- which I appreciated. But it is the owner manual that confused me. I will contact a local service tech to come show me how to use the control and explain some of the jargon about the probes and some of the codestaht are only used for these commercial products. But this is a minor issue and overall I highly recommend this company and this product. I would buy from them again and have recommended this freezes to friends.

Well packaged, prompt delivery, major bargain, and the temperature went from 80 degrees upon delivery down to 32 degrees in less than 15 minutes!!! It was amazing! And the delivery man was so incredibly kind and helpful, he deserves a raise!!! I would gladly do business with this company again and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

We could not afford an actual reach-in refrigerator so we ordered the 81" solid door reach-in refrigerator. We could not be more pleased. It has much more space then we could imagine. We would buy it again!

Kichking personally returned my calls twice when I was researching this unit. It arrived pristine, quickly went to the set temperature and the panel face is well built. The unit is quiet and stainless inside and out. Price was very good and I would highly recommend.

This unit provides terrific additional beverage storage. We use it in our basement for easy access when the kids have friends over. It offers a visual display of beverages without having to open the refrigerator door. The unit comes with a locking mechanism if needed. We love having lots of options on-hand for guests as well as our large family and it's nice to have a drink-only storage option so that the traditional refrigerator is not over-crowded. Delivery was seamless.

We are now organized more than ever! Whether it is a sports drink, a health drink, or a recreational beverage this fridge accommodates all of our family's needs. The fridge is the perfect size and keeps our drinks exceptionally cool. The fridge conveniently allows each of us to grab and go with the beverage of our choice. Why we did not have a fridge dedicated just to drinks in the past? ... I don't know. But super glad to have this fridge as part of our appliances now. Thanks Kichking!

I got one of these for one of my stores and loved it so much I had to buy a second one for the other store. These look great, display the products wonderfully, and the lights are wonderful! Very happy with our Kichking coolers!

We use this at work for extra beverages in the office, then haul it to the property we are developing for promotional events. We like our customers being able to open the door to select a cold beverage instead of digging through an ice chest. Works great!

I am able to keep the refrigerator stocked. It looks nice. I wish it was easier to order another shelf. But otherwise it does keep my cans of soda very cold, is quiet and was delivered on time with no damage.

We are a not a big family, but we are a busy family, and we almost always have more people in the house than just us! This beverage refrigerator is probably one of the best decisions we have made (in recent memory, anyway!) It really looks cool, works great, and the kids had a blast making it their own with some Mac-family custom creativity.

We are using this fridge as a beverage fridge and it is excellent. The shelves are sturdy and can be rearranged to fit various sized items. The compressor is relatively quiet and not very noticeable. I'd definitely recommend it.
